The Customer Lounge offers a range of services such as Karrinyup gift card purchases, centre information, lost property enquiries and complimentary hire of wheelchairs and electric gophers.

The Customer Lounge is located on Level B1, with access available from stairs or travellator near Valley Girl on the ground floor.
