ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE - DOWNLOADABLE

The Accessibility Guide is designed to provide a focused experience for any customer requiring any additional awareness, directional, or journey planning support.

Designed to work in conjunction with the standard Centre Directory, the Accessibility Guide is available from all Concierge service points within the Centre, or click here for at home access to view or download. 

ACROD PARKING

ACROD car bays are available throughout the multi-deck car parks and ground-level car park off Davenport Street and Burroughs Road. All ACROD bays are located adjacent or next to Centre entrances.

CHANGING PLACE FACILITIES

Changing Place Facilities are located on the ground floor of The Loop, near General Pants. Facilities include a large adult-sized change table, a shower (with an adjustable head), a toilet and a hoist.  
 

MOBILITY EQUIPMENT

Wheelchairs and electric gophers are available for complimentary hire and can be collected from The Customer Lounge. 

The Customer Lounge is located on Level B1. To access The Customer Lounge, turn onto Francis Avenue from Karrinyup Road , take the first left and then first right into the East Multi Deck Car park. Follow signage for Customer Lounge.
