It’s shopping made effortless. You shop, we collect—no hassle, no stress! Take advantage of this fantastic service and enjoy your time at Karrinyup while we take care of the rest.
*Some stores or purchases may be excluded from Hands-Free Shopping. Exclusions are based on the retailer or at the Centre’s discretion and includes but is not limited to fresh food or perishables, items weighing in excess of 25kg or those deemed unsafe to transport through the Centre during trade.
COST: $10 per day
Please note, payment is required at time of collection from nominated service location.

How Hands-Free Shopping Works
- Pre-Book: Simply complete the form below. Once confirmed, you will receive an SMS link to your phone to access Hands-Free Shopping for the requested booking date.
- Shop: Enjoy your shopping experience at Karrinyup as usual.
- Notify Us: While completing your purchase, simply let the retailer that you are Hands-Free Shopping; then use the SMS link on your phone to let us know where you’ve shopped and where to hold this for you.
- Collection: All collected items will be held at your nominated collection location.
